My stay was far from ideal, primarily due to the noisy street outside my room. The breakfast was disappointing. we arrived later and found the food stale and unappetizing, which marred the experience considerably.

i had a wonderful two-night stay at the silk grand premium hotel & spa. the hospitality was exceptional, especially from david who made me feel incredibly welcome. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, making this a perfect retreat after exploring hanoi.

i wish the shower situation was better.

My stay was absolutely unforgettable! The exceptional hospitality from David, who treats your experience like a personal mission, was a highlight. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff went above and beyond, including thoughtful gestures like providing umbrellas during rain. It's a unique oasis in the heart of bustling Hanoi.

The Deluxe Queen Room felt more like a standard room, measuring just 17 square meters without a window. We encountered cleanliness issues in the lobby, even spotting rodents, which detracted significantly from the overall experience.

I stayed in a Small Single Room for 4 nights and it was cute and decently sized, but I wish it had a bit more space. The bed was comfy, and lots of breakfast options were available. There was some noise from outside, but it was manageable since the location is super walkable to everything. Just a heads up, it might feel a bit cramped for some.

Fantastic location with great access to local attractions, complimented by friendly staff who arranged our Halong Bay trip seamlessly. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and I appreciated the comfortable room, despite minor aesthetic flaws. Overall, it was a pleasant experience worth repeating.

Just a solid selection for a brief pause in Hanoi with good price value. The staff really helped set up my airport transfer seamlessly. If you’re sensitive to noise, ask for a room away from the lobby.

I had a delightful stay at The Silk Grand Premium Hotel & Spa. The staff were exceptionally warm. Phillip coordinated my transportation effortlessly, while the ever-smiling Annie greeted me each morning. The room was comfy, and the location was incredibly convenient in the heart of the Old Quarter.
